Modern Art in Streets of Bratislava, Slovakia

Bratislava, the Capital of Slovakia has its own share of history and culture, but on my early morning walk I discovered some eye catching modern art installation in its street. Here I share a few of them with you:

This huge shining sculpture can not be missed in the main pedestrian area of Bratislava. Simple and catchy.

I am not a modern art enthusiast, I am more drawn to classical art forms, but still these statues standing on early morning empty streets caught my eye and I did spend some time looking at them, making an attempt to understand what the artist wants to say.

Loved this sculpture leaning in a bench to be used by the tourist to rest. Get a feeling of being backed by a gentleman.

These sculptures in Gold and Silver Shine in the sunlights, but they would stand out in winters when snow provides the white backdrop. Many tourists stand below that hat and get a picture clicked.

He is standing in this real gutter reminding you of his community that keeps the cities going through their services.
